The first thing we would like to say about Rome and the most important thing is that it is absolutely fantastic!!! It is the perfect city, old mixed with the new. Every corner you turn in Rome you come across a new fantastic sight. Our favourite sights were the colosseum, the trevi fountain, the pantheon and St. Peters Basilica. Although these are the more obvious attractions in Rome all of the other less well known attractions were well worth seeing. Another highlight about boiling hot Rome was the ice cold free water the came from fountains all over the city.
