Bruges is fully planned

Today I (Amy) managed to fully plan our time in Bruges. There are some brilliant resources out there which I will let you all know about. Our holiday starts on Saturday May 8th. Having spent some time with Lesley, Tim and Joyce (Bens nearest and dearest) we will be visiting John and Debb (Amy's nearest and dearest). No doubt both of these times will be very emotional as we will not see them for well over 4 months. Arghhhh!!!!! We will then be driving to Kinsdown, Kent to the chalet to start our holiday in a nice relaxing place.

At 2pm Monday 10th May our ferry will be leaving Dover heading to Dunkirk. When we eventually arrive in Dunkirk at 5pm French time we will be driving to our first home abroad, Camp Memling Bruges http://www.brugescamping.be/

We will be staying here for 2 nights. Whilst in Bruges we will be visiting The Church of Our Lady which houses Michelangelos 'Madonna and Child'. We will also be taking a boat tour around the canals of bruges, at lunch time take a walk to the oldest cafe in bruges which has been there since 1515. Bruges is one of the best places in the world to buy lace so we will be visiting the lace centre. We will be taking in some more religion by visiting the Beguinage, convent and gardens. Also The Belfry which is the famous tower in the film 'In Bruges', the Basillica of the Holy Blood. And Bens favourite the brewery.

We know its a lot but you have to make the most of it.
