Goat Farm - Anghiari (Tuscany)

What a wonderful place. The goat farm is in a great location, Tuscany being exactly as you imagine Italy to be. Anghiari was a lovely hill top walled town. The goat farm had 70+ goats which all had lovely individual personalities. Brent the owner of the farm was lovely, great company and brilliant to work with. He taught us the whole process, from feeding - milking - making cheese. We even had the pleasure of taking the cheese to market. Brents main helper was also nice but it seemed he had a bit of a split personality. Unfortunatelty due to this we had to leave as at times it became very heated. This was a shame as we really enjoyed our time with Brent and in Anghiari.
